Why Improv? Learning improv helps "re-train" the brain to actively listen, communicate verbally & non-verbally, be open to ideas and respond quickly in the moment. Want to have fun while gaining self-confidence? Improvisation is a great tool for building body awareness, improving verbal expression and enhancing listening skills. Our classes will help boost your public speaking skills and teach you to think fast on your feet. Practice team-building and social skills in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
